Overall, the wheelchair access was easy to manage, and the staff were helpful when we needed it. Parking wasn’t too hard to find nearby, but it did feel a little expensive. Has anyone else run into the same issue with the parking prices?

I really like the music and the shows themselves are great, no problem there. But when I had an issue with my ticket, trying to get help was kind of a mess. I sent an email and didn’t hear back for a few days, and when they finally replied it was super short and didn’t really explain anything or fix what I asked about.

I also called twice, and both times it felt like they were trying to get me off the phone fast. Maybe they were slammed or something, I don’t know, but it just felt rough and not very helpful. Still love the performances, but the support part definitely needs work.

I bought tickets on Seattle Symphony it was straightforward. Picking seats was easy, and checkout made sense... no real confusion there. The page did get kind of slow at one point, so I refreshed it, a little annoying, but not a big deal. My order still went through fine, and the confirmation email showed up right away. Overall, a good experience

The seats were cramped, and the sightlines were just okay at best. I brought it up, but felt kind of dismissed, like it wasn’t really worth addressing. Overall, not the worst experience, but I wouldn’t be excited to sit there again...

I’ve enjoyed the concerts overall, the performances are usually really good. I just wish the lineup took a few more chances sometimes, becuase the repertoire can feel a little predictable after a while.

The music was good overall, and I’m still glad I went, but I have to admit I left feeling a little disappointed. A few parts just didn’t have the energy I expected and felt kind of flat. It was a decent night, just not quite as memorable as I’d hoped

I went in really wanting to enjoy the concert, so I don’t think I was being overly picky or anything. But the acoustics in the hall were disappointing. From where we were sitting, some sections sounded muddy, while other parts came through almost too sharp. I kept trying to settle into the music, but the balance felt off enough that it was distracting. Maybe it’s a lot better from different seats, and I’m sure the performers were great, but for us the sound really took away from the whole night.

I had such a lovely night here. The whole vibe felt relaxed but still a bit special, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The crowd was quiet, maybe almost too quiet at first, but it ended up making the evening feel even more calm and comfortable. I’m particular about what I’ll spend money on for a night out, and this felt like a solid value. The ticket prices were fair for the quality of the show, and I appreciated that there were cheaper seats available too. We sat in one of the more affordable sections and it still sounded great. Overall, it felt worth it without being ridiculously expensive...

The musicians were genuinely really good and sounded great throughout. The conducting, on the other hand, felt a bit uneven at times, but I guess everyone was still managing to keep things together somehow.
